Introduction
After 100 years of war there was much debate on Fire Nation Colonies scattered over the Earth Kingdom. Aside from The United Republic of Nations a government was also established where one representative would represent each Nation on the United Republic Council. There are five members in total representing The Fire Nation, The Earth Kingdom, The Northern Water Tribe, The Southern Water Tribe & The Air Nation.

Members
Tenzin
Youngest son of Avatar Aang & serves as the representative of The Air Nation. Tenzin takes his leadership in The Republic City very seriously. Usually stands against councilman Tarrlok's decisions & proposals made in the council, alone.
Tarrlok
He is the representative from The Northern Water Tribe. Is a politician who wants the best for The Republic City, but behind council doors he can become quite manipulative. Tarrlok & Tenzin seem to have a long lasting rivalry as they rarely agree on the ways to govern The Republic City
Representatives of The Earth Kingdom, Southern Water Tribe & The Fire Nation
These three representatives of The Earth Kingdom, Southern Water Tribe & The Fire Nation always seem to agree upon governing proposals made by fellow councilman Tarrlok.

our view about The United Republic Council
According to what we think The United Republic Council is the decision making headquarters when it comes to governing The Republic City and with that honor in hand The Council should be more fair when it comes to decision making instead of just agreeing upon the councilman Tarrlok. Only Tenzin seems to be non-supportive to Tarrlok what we see as right and fair. Talking about being right & fair we also the think the council should have a representative from the non-benders to discuss & explain their problems as well. This way more non-benders joining in force with Amon could be reduced & also makes it much easier to bring Amon to justice.
Tarrlok's non-bender suppression policy just seems to be making things much more worst. Even non-benders who do not agree with Amon will join The Equalists if The Council does not act properly. We've noticed something that all the members of the council seem to have and what Tarrlok doesn't seem to have. It's some sort of council badge which all the representatives wear including Tenzin but not Tarrlok, which seems strange to us
